Service Centre

Our Service Centre is fully equipped with the most up-to-date technology and tools, allowing us to repair and service a wide variety of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power tool equipment, as well as vacuum cleaners, Bosch high-frequency tools and gouging hoses for gouging torches.

Rentals

In some cases, renting may be a better alternative than owning because of the following benefits: cost savings, flexibility, maintenance and repairs, access to specialized equipment, storage and space, and expert support. High-pressure lifting tools, bolting tools, and accessories are among the many items available for hire from our comprehensive hydraulic rental inventory.

Maintenance Agreement

The Kiloton Maintenance Agreement (KMP) is a contract between the user and Diesel-Electric Industrial (Pty) Ltd under which we agree to service all the user’s high-pressure hydraulic tools, every 3 or 6 months depending on the frequency of use.

By signing the agreement, you are transferring your responsibility to Diesel-Electric Industrial (Pty) Ltd, making the auditing process easier.

Signing an Enerpac Maintenance Agreement with Diesel-Electric Industrial (Pty) Ltd has several advantages. This agreement includes a documented file, with the following services and benefits:

A full history of every unit will be captured with inspection sheets, pictures, and reports.
Visual inspections will be carried out every 3 or 6 months depending on the frequency of use.
The misuse of equipment by operators can be identified immediately.
Load testing will be carried out on an annual basis.
Certified Safety Training for the user with a certificate of attendance

24/7 On-Site Field Support

We offer 24/7 On-Site Field Support on all Enerpac High-Pressure Hydraulic Equipment. We offer assistance with shutdowns, breakdowns, repairs, demos, and inspections as well as calibration and load testing of up to 100 tons, on-site.

Training

We offer Enerpac catalogue, bolting, safety, and product training with a certificate of attendance.
